- Wanna know one of my biggest pet peeves (really just anything similar to this)? So our ticket system turns voicemails into tickets. This person has left FOUR voicemails so far in which they are entirely silent for 3-4 seconds before hanging up. ... JUST HANG UP BEFORE THE VOICEMAIL ANSWERS! JEEZ!
