  Only two days of the week have passed and I have already attended two workshops at University of Oslo. I was surprised to learn about a new trend of training scientists like pets through positive reinforcement. Each question was rewarded with a treat that was thrown to the querist. Very strange !!

  Very strange that there is that little discussion about his topic that is not only very important for the US and Russia but essentially for the rest of the world as well.

    If Congress doesn’t act, the last nuclear arms control treaty between the U.S. and Russia will expire. It would pointlessly wipe out decades of diplomacy, and could spark another arms race that makes the world less safe. This piece is worth the read.
