this is just my 2 cents but I would try to limit to two words if possible, three max. "family flats" has a nice ring to it imo but I can already hear someone arguing that it leaves out people without kids (though I would argue that demographic is well-covered in the market)
I like it because it signals that it's providing something new to the market, everyone knows who new-builds are geared towards, this says "here's what's missing"
