- I feel that xD And sometimes I just sleep 5 hours and I'm awake, that's so weird right?
- Today was nervewrecking but exciting too. I was brave enough again, to talk to my sister about my feelings and my wants and needs. My energy is gone, but it slowly heals my heart slowly being able to communicate feelings, especially the uncomfortable ones.
- I started my guitar journey again...it's the third or fourth time I'm trying to integrate the e-guitar in my life. Hopefully someday I'll get to the consistency of playing a bit every day as good as I can.

- I just took a bath and the eating habit slowly starts to settle. I eat much more vegetables and fruits. Fyi I started my journey around August. I'm now at my 3rd month at changing my routine...but still it's hard do stay focused.
