YouTube has now randomly turned on closed captioning for videos from two different Japanese channels, THREE TIMES - once in French, once in Korean, and once in Arabic. My channel is, obviously, set to English, also I don't use cc .... I would ask wtf YouTube is doing, but even they don't know 🙃
