- 2/8 The Klebsiella Phage Collection (KlebPhaCol) is an #open-source (free) resource comprising 53 phages and 74 Klebsiella strains that have been fully characterised. The strains and phages cover a wide diversity, including one newly proposed gut-associated phage order: Felixvirales
- 3/8 In the manuscript you can expect to find behavioural, morphologic and genomic descriptions of the 53 Roth phages. In addition to GenBank versions of their genomes, we added additional annotations available in the project’s Figshare: 10.6084/m9.figshare.27794211
