Yesterday on way to work, had a driver in such a rush & not wait a few seconds & almost took my elbow, so I gave him my response to his shit driving 1/10 rating🖕& somehow he had time to chase me & want to 'have words'. Clearly with such a fragile self-entitled ego, he shouldn't be allowed to drive.

I take it you've not had experience with the Keystone Cops of Essex then? I've reported a lot worse ones like others have & zero action taken, that includes the deliberate assault on me for just cycling on the roads & not the pavements.
