What the actual F, I just found out that ALL Kiki's Delivery Service English dubs from 2010 onward have severe audio distortion making it sound like Kiki is yelling into a fan. The entire movie is UNWATCHABLE for me.
I also found that I have a pre-2010 DVD I bought in college. Physical media ftw.
