Now that sales are closed and Jesse's back from China, we've started the purchasing for the Box of Crap.
Since we've never done the purchasing remotely before, we're taking things a little bit slowly, only buying a few things at a time and having them shipped to our fulfillment center.
Nov 13, 2024 23:22The first item, which was one of Jesse's holy grail items turns out to have an even better story than we'd hoped. We paid for it last night and expect it to be shipped to the fulfillment center on Sunday.
The second item, which, by all rights ought to be the most expensive item in the box but costs about the same as a cable we're including, got ordered just now and has a lead time of 2-3 days.
Tomorrow, we'll probably order a couple of the smaller, less expensive items.
