This was an absolutely horrific statement from the speaker of the house; imagine, a LAWMAKER SAYING TO NOT FOLLOW THE LAW?! And it is also proof that he knows they are detaining people who do not need detaining. HE KNOWS THAT ICE WOULD BE TURNED DOWN FROM A JUDICIAL WARRANT BECAUSE THERES NO NEED.
