- It's entirely clear what's going on, the Washington Post's sole reason for existing is so that Jeff bezos can lobby the government, and everything that does not contribute to that goal is surplus to requirements
- Alito is only an originalist if you define "originalist" as "I'll decide in whatever way most helps my partisan political beliefs," but I would genuinely love to hear an actual originalist square the concept of Constitutional originalism with the way the SCOTUS treats Congressional intent:
