We are going to need some legal, constitutional process at a federal level to hold these people accountable that can’t preemptively be wiped out by the inevitable pardon that is coming. State charges won’t be enough, certainly for the abuses going on in red states.

I agree, but as with most Dems, she needs to push impeachment for “the lawbreaking and human rights violations they are knowingly engaging in right now.” Otherwise these are empty words. Any leader who fails to go after fascists now will fail to do so later.
