24 November 1885 & 3 December 1885. 1st Registration was on the day of death which I’ve always attributed to him being a clerk & living so close to the office.
You would think she would be buried by the 3rd so the second registration is most mysterious!

Q4 1885 by looks of it. Managed to zoom in and squint at the image.
Yeah I am not suggesting she was poisoned but maybe someone got very local ideas about how burial insurance fraud could work!
