Today, April 12, 2025, is our Amazon Liberation Day, or AoLD for short. Our Amazon Prime membership of many years runs out today.

It's a fitting date, as the Beautiful Trump Tariffs, or BuTT, are about to go into effect (or maybe not, who knows), increasing prices for some or all things or nothing. Nobody knows. People are saying. #winning

In any case, there is a more than 0% chance that the decimation of the Federal government and/or economy is going to put me out of a job sooner than later. So it will be good to rid myself of the temptation to buy stuff for same or next day delivery.
