Back to post- I was in 11th grade and was in school and saw it live. We were all so shocked, we didn't know if it was real. Never forgot that day. No internet. You just watched it live & waited to hear the commentators confirm what we just saw.
- Forty years ago, today, the Space Shuttle Challenger exploded in mid air after being launched, killing all 7 crew members; one was a school teacher. It was a sad day for space travel & history. www.yahoo.com/news/us/arti...
