- Something I'm struggling with a bit in my nonfiction MFA is how much the form is into "hermit crab essays"-- ie essays that look like lists or recipes or letters or administrative forms, etc...-- but interactive forms like games that MAINLY do narrative in eccentric formats are not embraced.

- I don't say this enough: narrative design is just so neat. Coolest job. Nothing else like it. Happy to immerse myself in tangling and untangling story logic, constraints, team dynamics and player experience. The conditions lately are tough, but the work is still the best.
