As I'm going through archived queries preparing for Query Unrequited, I'm finding several queries that creators withdrew asking to resubmit a revised version. I never saw these messages! There's a setting in QM (the agent side of QT) that automatically 1/3
archives withdrawn queries. I use this feature because I would often get deep into considering a query before realizing it had already been withdrawn, so now if you withdraw, your query is just gone. In the trash. I never see it or any attached messages. So, if you want to submit a revision 2/3
Jan 3, 2026 16:45while I'm still open to queries, just withdraw and resubmit the normal way. No need to post a message explaining why (I won't see it anyway). If I've closed to queries since you originally submitted, use the nudge feature to ask about resubmitting. 3/3
