- Discrimination law should mean that people have their rights protected *regardless* of their sex, not because of a defined category of sex they fall into. The terrible notion of "sex-based rights" is exactly how we have ended up in such a terrible legal position in the UK.
- People claiming we need to define 'sex' purely by reproductive biology to save Title IX are missing the point. That narrow definition actually makes it harder to stop discrimination. You remove the broader gamut of gender discrimination in the process. Bostock didn't need a definition!
