This pup was found last week by a friend of mine in the glass recycling dumpster at the Sylva dump. No collar, no chip. We’ll be fostering him. We need to screen him for parasites & heartworms and get him neutered. Venmo is @Jen-Toledo if you’d like to help us cover his vet bill. I’ll post receipts
