- Reposted by Jeffrey HarharwoodLiterally EVERYTHING else aside: Officers involved in shootings - even shootings that everybody agrees were justified - always take time off to emotionally process their experience, go to therapy, process it. Sending somebody right back out says "this is an everyday part of your job, expect it."
