When Sullivan says they don't "seem to know how to bring anything other than wide-eyed credulity to his utterances," I hear her as saying, "there may be some missing knowledge here." Yes, missing. Not just the will or (excuse me) the balls, but a how-to part that's still under-developed. Possible?
