Primarily people who subscribe to anti-AI blocklists. Subscribing to this list allows for filtering them out. This is likely to improve the experience of bluesky for some people.

Warning toxic accounts! These people will put you on moderation lists for no valid reason, not open to dialogue, and most of the time they don’t even know you nor had a conversation with you
