- (1/2) The arrest of journalists Georgia Fort and Don Lemon last week violated the First Amendment. But this is not an isolated attack – and journalists are not the only ones affected when their rights are violated.
- We wish it weren’t necessary to say that the federal government’s arrest of journalists for reporting on a public event violates the First Amendment’s protection for freedom of the press.

- When @inkstickmedia.com originally applied for INN membership in 2021, the organization was declined by INN’s board of directors because the newsroom didn't meet INN's membership standards. In 2023, after significant expansion of original reporting, InStick Media re-applied and became a member.
