- I finished Hazelthorn by CG Drews tonight, what a lovely creepy book.
- I've read... 13 books since the start of the year. to be fair, the majority are audio books that I listen to while I'm working, and others are manga that I take a half hour every day to read. But that's more than I thought.

- Indie authors, if you have an AI book cover, and so easily choose to use something that steals from artists, how can I trust that you didn't use AI in the writing of your book? When I see an AI book cover, I decide not to read it, even if the summary is something I would normally read.

- For once in my life I’d like my dad to look at something someone else created and not immediately tell me I should look into how to do it to make money. I have my field of art. I enjoy it. He’s always looked at me as a tool to make money, either for him, or someone else, but mostly himself.
