- Hi, we'll try and cover that off today again if that helps. It's something we'll come back to often. Essentially though, a yellow for dsq for equipment. Two yellows equals red which means ban for next event and nation loses a quota place so they can't replace the athlete.

- It's a day at the desk today. BMX Park & Flatland coming up this Friday and Saturday so researching hard for that and for a EuroCup Basketball game next week. Then it's on to winter 🌨️
- Time for more aimless words as we are less than 3 weeks until the start of the ski jumping season. Spring was quiet but lucky to still have downhill skateboarding which was epic. Took 2 months off, had another child but returned on BMX, mountain biking and summer ski jumping!

- In one of my favourite countries, Slovenia 🇸🇮 for the Ski Jumping World Cup Finals. Spotted a mountain.
- My son has offered to build HS2. He's going to "do all the bolts". He's also going to build HS5. It'll go from Buckinghamshire to "the cafe in London". He says he can get it done in two days with no excavator. It'll go at five speed and "beside the road". I'm going to let him give it a go.

- Got a few funny looks as my toddler had a meltdown because the pub was closed. He loves it in there.
