- New paper in a MDPI journal on a nematode fucosyltransferase. No mention of the linkage, but as it can utilise phenyl-galactoside as substrate, one can guess it's an alpha-1,2-fucosyltransferase (digging a bit more, the nearest C. elegans homologue is B0205.4). www.mdpi.com/1999-4907/17...

First managing to pour 39 plates from 1L NGM-agar (on Wednesday), plating a bit of E. coli OP50 (on Thursday) and finding worms on old plates, cutting the relevant pieces of agar out & transferring to a new plate (Friday). #Caenorhabditis
