- Me too 😩😩 Just paid $500 to power company. It's what I paid last month - fucking ridiculous. It's never this high. I'm wondering if it's just me bc it's been in single digits forever or if it's just energy costs in general. Haven't heard anyone else say anything. #broke before month starts.
- Energy prices are being jacked up everywhere. Certain places haven't felt it yet but its coming.
- I usually qualify for an assistance program w/ my power bill in winter. Last year, I didn't get any assistance & it was tight but I did okay. I turned in my assistance application a couple weeks ago & could still get it but I'm getting warning texts etc so I just bit the bullet paid in full. #broke
