- I've heard good things abt this season of Bridgerton but just knowing this was coming has me putting off starting till the 2nd part has aired How to ruin a moment (& relationship) by Benedict Bridgerton:
- I’m actually surprised how faithfully they are adapting the book, but I’m still enjoying it - Benedict is an out of touch rich douche like the rest of his family 😂 (I mean, they aren’t EVIL, but ya know)
- learning this week that one area i really struggle with is empathy for introverts. what do you MEAN sharing every day experiences with others doesn't always improve them??

- I usually prefer not to be perceived while doing things. There is a calmness that settles over my body when I am alone.
