- Looks to me that when he drew his gun, the driver briefly interrupted her plans to move the vehicle to the right until he moved out of the way. The fact she continues moving towards the right would indicate that she knew the gun was pointed at her but assumed he wouldn't shoot because he cleared.
- Here are a few frames from the video that *Trump himself* posted. At best for DHS it seems to show the vehicle nudging the officer out of the way. There is no planet on which this is life threatening or justification for lethal force. You can watch it in this link: truthsocial.com/@realDonaldT...
- Over and over in any number of law enforcement shooting videos it appears they see the firearm (loaded with either lethal bullets or not) as a crowd control tool similar to a cell phone camera or flashlight. He's even still holding his cell phone camera when he draws (I think). It's a deadly weapon!
