- The Victorians knew how to start a letter.
- Not me, needing to cut 15,000 words from this manuscript, busily adding a new footnote on the invention of the telephone.
- I took a Sociology elective in which the tutor divided us into teams and told us we had to get from A to B on campus without using stairs to demonstrate how ableist our campus was. It made me think properly for the first time as a young adult about the built environment as discriminatory.
