not really joining in with the epstein news because i simply can't think about it. the totality of it, the abuse, its normalisation, the degree to which its perpetuators did not and will not see justice depresses me so existentially that i personally can't find any catharsis posting about it

Seeing so many people already making memes of it and viewing it more as a joke rather than a looking glass into the very depths of hell is a bit disheartening.
Maybe some things should be beyond the scope of memes and comedy. Maybe just once we can take things seriously.
