I think my mother should lay off the "sci-fi doomsday" bullcrap. She was having panic attacks throughout the day.
I was actually scared of them back when the 2012 movie was a thing, because I thought the world will end that year.
Thankfully, I managed to gradually recover from that trauma.

My parents were playing that movie behind my back when I was playing with my toys as a 6 or 7 year old and what not and it gave me such a huge anxiety attack when it eventually became 2012. My biggest fear is Natural Disasters and Doomsday Movies in general…😭
