Artists: What art programs do you enjoy using? 🤔I'm pretty all over the place, but my favs are probably- Procreate (sketching), Photoshop (for post processing), Procreate Dreams / ToonBoom (2D Animation).
Jun 6, 2025 19:58I also dabble in 3D work but that's more-so for my 'primary' gig. I've been tossed around so many jobs for so many years, but I'm at least grateful that it's taught me a significant amount about -many- different artistic mediums. 💕
3D artist here, so a bit different, but this is my current process. My past 2D art adventures were 100% Illustrator. I'm lucky that I have Adobe at work so that I can borrow for personal stuff.
Oh wow, this is super cool! Mad respect, that's some clean topology.💕Have you tried experimenting with the linework effects you can get in Blender with the Grease Pencil? Your final step there reminds me a bit of it. Also, I will say you're ... making me really want to try Daz! 😳
Blender and Krita, sometimes Gimp for .gifs 😌 That's all you need
Totally valid! Lets go Blender 🙌 woo woo!
