- I keep on comparing the workings of neural networks to that of the subconscious brain. OTOH I feel like reflection was much better emulated by traditional AI. And lo and behold, the AI that finally beat professional Go players was a traditional AI on top of a neural one!

- Random rambling time: growth effects based on afterimages are great, but I've seen some arts where the afterimage is bigger than the character. It makes it look like they're shrinking instead of growing, don't do that! I am irrationally angry whenever I see that
