Yesterday, far-right groups and the Heritage Foundation held an event against LBGTQI+ rights in the European Parliament. Among the speakers was Ugandan MP Lucy Akello who helped pass a law on the death penalty for gay people in Uganda. Silence was not an option. So we protested. 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️
