- I see refurbishing Parliament is budgeted at up to £40billion. Here's an idea - flog the buildings off to a hotel chain or something, and build a purpose-built new Parliament in the Midlands somewhere. That'd cost way less, and cause multiple head explosions among the flagshaggers as an added bonus.
