- I will just say that we are currently collecting our quiet whistles & misprints & disasters to send to my mother, a Minneapolis artist who does assemblage sculptures, because it does feel like this would be a really fun way to recycle the misprints & memorialize this moment. 💓

- There are people I don't get along with well or even like, but if they agree all people deserve human rights & that fascists are like, the fuckin worst, then we don't have to be besties. Let's fuckin' go. But if they say "what if we just abandon trans/Black/disabled people" they're the enemy.

- Poor Elon. I think that in order to help billionaire happiness we should institute a massive wealth tax.
- mainly, I want to help more people learn to cook simple meals because it makes me *real* mad to see parasites like DoorDash and Uber Eats making big bucks off price-gouging both small restaurant businesses and stressed out normal people.
- my most peepaw-coded trait is that I angrily refuse to use DoorDash (and similar apps) because I know the markup is so insane versus “picking the food up myself” - and that money doesn’t go to the restaurant. By god, I will drive or walk my ass over to the restaurant and get it myself.
- And it doesn't even go to the driver! I call this business model parasitic because they profit from other people's labor while doing essentially nothing... of course, this also describes capitalism as a whole.
- Since I lost Merrill, I'm planning to do cat pawprint pendants for the twiblings. One loves Hawke most, and the other was deeply attached to Merrill. Finding a good creator for this has been a ride in review scouring.
