The Local Innovation Partnerships Fund (LIPF) will invest up to £500 million into the development and scaling of high potential innovation clusters across the UK. The fund is deployed across two strands, an Earmarked Strand and a Competed Strand. This funding opportunity is invitation only for the Earmarked Strand funding.
