We've gone down this dumb road before. That's exactly how Fidel Castro took control of Cuba in the FIRST place—America INSTALLED him, there, after tearing down the previous governments that weren't "America friendly" enough.

And why can't we just sell them oil at normal market rates? Because any argument for denying free trade with Cuba applies way harder to China.
