Chicago Belles, SF/Oakland Belles and seemingly the entire Pacific Northwest have removed IFPA sanctioning from their tournaments. More and more places do not feel comfortable sanctioning. How is this not setting off alarm bells at the IFPA? How is their response to continue to punish players??
