- @markhamillofficial.bsky.social You're known for playing a character with some father issues. Any interest in chatting w me for a book on TV dads that I'm writing?
- @chuckwendig.bsky.social I'm writing a book about TV dads and father figures. Would you be interested in doing an interview for it? Hit me up in DMs for more info and any questions you might have.

View full threadYou're a dad, right? There's gotta be a little Al Bundy, Fred Flintstone, or Danny Tanner in there somewhere! lol
- Thanks for keeping an open mind. I've done interview outreach for 2 other books I've written, and it never gets less awkward for me lol.
- Totally fair question! I'm interviewing people from all over the pop culture sphere, but also because you've probably watched TV at some point in your life and connected with a character. Maybe that character was the dad, and maybe that character influenced you somehow?
- It doesn't have to get super personal. I know that some people are more private about that stuff than others. But I also think people are interested in how folks they watch/read/etc now form their characters. Dads are an archetype that people can relate to.
- @akelacooper.bsky.social I'm working on a new book about TV dads and father figures. Would you be at all interested in doing an interview with me for it? Feel free to DM and I can get you some more information and we can trade email addresses. If not, no worries. Have a great day regardless :)
- Starting to send out interview requests to folks for my next book. If they all say "yes", this might be my best book to date!
- @drewmcweeny.com I've got a couple of books that I'm working on that I'd love to interview you for. One about A Nightmare on Elm Street, and the other about TV Dads. Think we can make something happen?
- My new book on 2000s Hollywood comedies, Funny Business, will be available on October 6 and is officially up for pre-order right now. In my wholly objective opinion, you and every person in your family should do that. You can order your copy at the link below.
