Since people are worried about this: I analyze the use of small drone tech in both peace and conflict for a living.
I believe there is simply very little strategic reason for US law enforcement to use kamikaze FPV drones (like those in Ukraine or Gaza) for internal purposes at this time.
“Stuff that works in an active conflict zone” often does not in fact make any strategic sense in domestic law enforcement, even if cops might think it makes them look cool.
(And while U.S. cops are way too militarized, there are in fact still a shit ton of things that the military uses that US cops do not use for a bunch of reasons).

Kamikaze FPV drones would seem to be in the same category as heavy artillery and airstrikes. If you're ever at the point where that kind of stuff actually needs to be used domestically, you're far past any kind of police work and into calling in the actual military to wage war.
