Art and money discourse is always so funny. If someone has a skill that society finds valuable, in the abstract they should absolutely be allowed to leverage that skill into enjoying a life slightly less miserable than existing in utter penury (with or without UBI).
(and if you think any Western government is ever going to give you UBI that doesn't take the form of housing rights to a 100 sqft slum apartment and a bunch of coupons for discounted OpenAI subscriptions you are, quite frankly, delusional.)
