This is a full purge of every single LGBTQ employee at the NSA. Rufo is falsely mischaracterizing a LGBTQ employee resource group as a "sex chat" to create pretext to fire every single member in it.
This is a playbook they will run to purge the entire federal government.
The playbook will be this: find an affinity employee resource group (ERG) group, find objectionable chats, leak it and scandalize it, then utilize the outrage to fire every member of the ERG. Since these are affinity groups, it's effectively a way to bypass anti-discrimination laws to target a group
Feb 25, 2025 23:00Since these ERGs are usually based on affinity groups such as Black, LGBTQ, Latino etc. they will have a direct way to target employees by protected status and have pretext to sidestep anti discrimination laws. This is resegregation in action.
