- Since finsky's data-watchers have some extra time on their hands in advance of the CES benchmark revision, let me recommend this video explainer BLS released last February: www.bls.gov/video/?video...
- This webinar is part of a internal campaign within BLS to make CES revisions more transparent to the public. It's 30-minutes; the first half is an overview of monthly and benchmark revisions and the second half a detailed breakdown of the sources of last year's benchmark revision.
- I find John's walk-through here easier to digest than reading through the handbook of methods, and the second half of the talk is a great breakdown of the benchmark revision last year. Since the preliminary benchmark release suggests a similarly large revision this year, it's a good review.

- Seems like it's just network effects? Been here so long I remember when 10 likes was considered a 'hot' post, and it's been interesting to see the new communities form here. Finsky is great and seems like it hardly existed a year or so ago.
