- Question for Victorian historians: I'm very excited as I've found an amazing photographic portrait of a little known composer. Her sister's name was Ada, and she appears to be wearing a broach right in the middle of her collar with her sister's name. Ada was still alive. Was this a normal practice?

- I based the lead character in my opera in Cugoano. His writings are so visceral, poetic and compelling. It's hard now to imagine how someone could read them and not be moved to action, but I guess we have plenty of contemporary examples of those in power ignoring the suffering of those beneath them.
- That first shot looks JUST like Jason Isaacs in The Patriot... I want to see all the thousands of takes they had to discard because someone grew an extra arm mid sentence, or swapped voices.
