- 1/ On a positive personal note, just over a year in and I’m still smoke free!!! I am also 4st 7lbs lighter, 11.5 inches off my waist and I am eating healthy and exercising at least 3 times a week. After many many years of being overweight and severely unfit I have got a handle on my health.

- One major plus to being too unwell to move is getting to binge watch Hunter Hunter with my Mikey 😁.
- 1st bug of the year has hit me like a train. Running hot and cold, my body is weak and aching all over, nausea and dizzy spells. Thankfully I have my book to take my mind away.
- Season 4 of Stranger things was amazing and made even more so with a lil cheese board for me and the kids.
- No they are not complaining because they belong in women’s spaces, you know because they are women. Only a tiny, privileged minority has an issue for reasons that escape me completely.
