- I tried jogging with it, it's a pure timer for 15, 30, 45 mins (it's not a Couch to 5k plan timer which is what I've been using). The end-session button is confusing. I also realized my current speed is LESS than 170bpm 😅, very slightly above brisk walking. it's fine.
