Back to post- Time filies. I felt the oppsoite twenty plus years ago and encouraged myself to go broad beyond the border. I couldn't even imagine a discourse like this would emerge. That's why I find the country and its history interesting!
- For those who read Japanese and have ever rolled their eyes at one of the innumerable TV shows where a foreigner is used to tell Japanese people how sugoi!! Nippon is, I wholeheartedly recommend this cathartic book by @hayakawa2601.bsky.social . It's not only incisive but often laugh-out-loud funny.
