- What's funny is that #PrusaSlicer based slicers (Bambu, Orca, Qidi, etc) all use the same Open Cascade 3D rendering framework for the visuals. The same framework we use in #FreeCAD for actual parametric modelling. Maybe one day someone will merge the two.Dec 16, 2025 12:26
- It would be nice. I was thinking about this the other day. With all the complexities the newest printers have, it might be unlikely. All the proprietary multi-nozzle stuff, etc. Could be wrong. Selecting printer profiles could be enough to generate the gcode needed.
